Our Beautiful Palazzo in Ortigia
We’ll be staying in a beautifully restored Sicilian palazzo in the heart of Ortigia~
Each apartment blends old-world charm with modern comforts including high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart cable TV, air conditioning, iron/ironing board, Lavazza espresso machine, desk, hair dryer, safe and a fully equipped small kitchen. Reception is open from 8am – 6pm.
Some apartments have a Juliet balcony with a quiet inner courtyard view and others have a balcony overlooking the street. The apartments are spread across multiple floors (ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor.) The ground floor apartments look directly out to the street. There is no elevator as it’s an historic building.

A welcoming studio apartment located on the ground floor, 325 sq feet. This elegant and bright room offers a direct view of the street allowing you to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Ortigia’s historic center. Perfect for an intimate and comfortable stay, this room combines practicality and comfort in a unique setting. This is the only apartment with the kitchen in the same room, hence a Studio! This is living like a local.

# 2 – Apartment, Ground Floor
Located on the ground floor, this pretty green room offers 375 sq ft of space and comprises a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, a bathroom, and a spacious double bedroom. Looking directly onto the street, this room allows you to experience the authenticity of Ortigia, combining comfort and functionality in a welcoming and well-appointed space. The large window is in the bedroom.

#3 – Classic, Courtyard Juliet Balcony-1st floor
This Classic Apt offers a welcoming and private atmosphere. Measuring 450 sq ft, the apartment comprises an entrance hall, bathroom, and kitchen. The bedroom, overlooking a quiet internal courtyard, provides an intimate and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for a comfortable stay in the heart of Ortigia. The view from the windows are towards the ancient buildings behind the palazzo.
